Axiom Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Axiom, a social paper-trading app. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:

Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
Is sexually explicit or depicts minors in any sexual context
Constitutes spam, unsolicited promotion, or coordinated manipulation
Impersonates another person or entity
Contains misinformation intended to deceive other users
Violates any applicable law or regulation

2. Content Moderation

Axiom provides tools for users to report objectionable content. When a report is submitted:

We will review the report within 24 hours
Content that violates these Terms will be removed
Accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms will be suspended or permanently banned

Users may also block other users to prevent unwanted contact. Blocked users cannot view your profile or send you messages.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

4. Paper Trading Only

All trading on Axiom is simulated with virtual money. No real funds are involved, and no winnings can be withdrawn. Axiom is an educational tool only.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Axiom a non-exclusive license to display your content to other users of the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Disclaimer

Axiom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on Axiom constitutes financial advice. Paper trading performance does not predict real investment results.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Axiom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
